Due to physical distancing precautions, examinations are available at 19 Test Centres. Appointment availability is limited and varies by location; however, the number of testing sessions have increased to help accommodate customer requests. Appointments are available on a first come, first serve basis. Please select “Book a Test” to schedule an appointment. The system will only allow you to book exams on dates that will be available for testing.
All applicants will be required to bring a face covering to wear inside the testing centre and during their examination. Failure to do so will result in a non-refundable cancellation of the scheduled exam. Upon arrival to the centre, applicants will also be required to complete a verbal health screening questionnaire, and to sanitize their hands.
Applicants who are feeling sick, have travelled outside of the country in the last 14 days or have come in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 will not be allowed inside the centre to complete testing.
There will be no access to the restroom once the testing session begins.
Due to the extended closure of our offices, wait-times for securing an exam sitting may be longer than usual. We are working to add more testing sites and increase appointment availability as quickly as possible to better accommodate test requests. We appreciate your patience as we work toward this goal.
